Fix some includes all over the place
Make include-what-you-use happy with some files in source and fix what
needs to be fixed.

Add markers to precompiled.h header includes to avoid
include-what-you-use wanting them to be removed.

Update headers in collada
Make include-what-you-use happy with files in source/collada and
fix what needs to be fixed after. Also switch quote with bracket include
where appropriate.

Adds GPU skinning support via compute shaders.
We use a shader with 64 bones by default to consume less uniform memory.
But if we meet bigger skeletons we batch and handle them afterwards.
In the future we need to sort the input models to have less changes for
bound buffers. Also we might want to skin up to 4 models per a single
dispatch.

157c6af18e Make the space in 0 A.D. non-breaking throughout the codebase.
Avoid cases of filenames
Update years in terms and other legal(ish) documents
Don't update years in license headers, since change is not meaningful

Will add linter rule in seperate commit

868b256cce Throw error in PSA converter if animation has no frames, as this will lead to a divide-by-zero error in the engine, and it's good to catch that as early as possible.

38a5e807ff # Fixed Atlas on Linux
Added call to XInitThreads, for required thread safety.
Fixed conversions between wchar_t and XMLCh strings. (Not tested much
yet.)
Fixed COLLADA too.

a9feadc3ea # Improved COLLADA skeletal animation support.
Moved skeleton definitions into XML format, to support multiple
different structures. (Not quite finished yet.)
Added support for rescaled models in XSI.
Minor refactoring.
