Update headers in collada
Make include-what-you-use happy with files in source/collada and fix what needs to be fixed after. Also switch quote with bracket include where appropriate. Ref: #8086 Signed-off-by: Ralph Sennhauser <ralph.sennhauser@gmail.com>
