Fix some includes in atlas
Make include-what-you-use happy with some files in source/tools/atlas
and fix what needs to be fixed.

Define ATLASDLLIMPEXP in a regular header instead of a PCH header and
dedupe its definition.

wxWidgets uses WX_ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF this days, so remove the workaround
for ATTRIBUTE_PRINTF.

157c6af18e Make the space in 0 A.D. non-breaking throughout the codebase.
Avoid cases of filenames
Update years in terms and other legal(ish) documents
Don't update years in license headers, since change is not meaningful

Will add linter rule in seperate commit

7d1f56e617 Migrate to premake5, fixes #3729.
Make pyrogenesis and tests depend on Collada, fixes #404.

This commit includes custom modules for CxxTest and pkg-config support
that can be improved upon in the future. It also includes all necessary
changes to the build scripts, but the new premake5 features are not
fully exploited yet.

With this change, premake5 becomes the default, but CI scripts on Unix
will continue using premake4 for a while, in order to avoid regressions.

Includes code by zsol.

235e19c58f # Atlas: Updated Atlas DLL with fixed manifest. Double-click resizable panels to reset to default size. Moved player selection into extremely ugly drop-down list. Fixed culling when changing visible window's aspect ratio. Added manifest to VS2003 builds, to enable XP themes.

7f3a74f077 Updated the Atlas-based tools build system, to create several .exes and one .dll. And some other minor changes that I'll try to remember later.
