67c96094f0 Disable smooth LOS during cinema paths
The whole map is revealed when starting to play a cinema path and
then hidden again when it finished (if necessary).
This patch fixes the ugly fade in at the start and fade out after
the end previously caused by this.

Default values like this are better set inside the class already rather
than in the constructor.

5daae13525 Pass device command context by reference in DebugRenderer
Improve the DebugRenderer API by passing the IDeviceCommandContext
as a reference instead of calling g_Renderer.

157c6af18e Make the space in 0 A.D. non-breaking throughout the codebase.
Avoid cases of filenames
Update years in terms and other legal(ish) documents
Don't update years in license headers, since change is not meaningful

Will add linter rule in seperate commit

4919a6185e Remove unused GUIUtil functions, unused GUI includes and some tails in GUIUtil.
HasSetting from 3dfa23cd25 is actually redundant with
IGUIObject::SettingExists.
GetSettingPointer from 8f4f8e240f is superseded by GetSetting reference
following 3dfa23cd25 and 040624acff.
Deregister copying SetSetting variants for CStr and CStrW following copy
removal in 040624acff.
The default template <typename T=int> from c2a71e41bf can be removed
following FallBackSprite/FallBackColor removal in 9985fcf5bd and
RecurseObject unification in d4d5187c9d.
Delete all unused GUI includes, refs D1478.
Remove GUIUtil friend class following something.

cb18830a81 Remove CinemaManager input handler to allow user interaction on other GUI pages like message boxes and possibly few selected hotkeys.
Disable gameview/camera hotkeys while cinematic paths are playing.

cfd08bbf28 Cinema Path GUI hiding and silhouettes fixes.
Let the JS GUI take care of hiding the GUI and silhouettes and remove
the according hardcoding in the engine following 89aef0b6eb.
Thereby fix some bugs (like not having hid the GUI if there was a
message box or different page shown while playing a path) and
fix these two hotkeys broken by 5d49e6c456.

2f02fb4535 Move OpenGL CinemaPath rendering code to the CinemaManager, so that the remaining simulation data can be moved to the simulation directory.
Add height indicator so that we can actually estimate the location of
the paths in atlas.

5d49e6c456 Move most cinematic path simulation data and control from the graphics class to the simulation component and solve the hash mimatch in non-visual replay.
Move graphics code to smaller helper functions UpdateSessionVisibility,
UpdateSilhouettesVisibility and DrawPaths.
Remove the hotkey TODO code which should be implemented differently.
Mark voids as const.

89aef0b6eb Cinematic camera core functionality. Patch by Vladislav Belov.
Based on existing code that was still around from an old(not working)
implementation.
Supports basic control from trigger scirpts (queue, start and stop
camera paths) and works in multiplayer.
