157c6af18e Make the space in 0 A.D. non-breaking throughout the codebase.
Avoid cases of filenames
Update years in terms and other legal(ish) documents
Don't update years in license headers, since change is not meaningful

Will add linter rule in seperate commit

d2935684ff Collada: Integrated skeleton XML with game. Added some tests. Fixed memory leak when loading ill-formed XML.
Added TestLogger, so tests can check the right log messages were
produced.

a9feadc3ea # Improved COLLADA skeletal animation support.
Moved skeleton definitions into XML format, to support multiple
different structures. (Not quite finished yet.)
Added support for rescaled models in XSI.
Minor refactoring.

8a9ddae60b Oops, I broke GCC PCH a month ago. Fixed, and added a comment so I now know why it does what it does.
Also, updated the dependency checking so it rebuilds the PCH file when
included files change.

and cache as appropriate.
 * CModelDef: Fixed misinterpreted doc comments in.

   * Fixed init/shutdown sequences to support multiple VFS-using tests
correctly.
   * Fixed most reported memory leaks from the new leak-reporting test
system.
   * Fixed error when trying to dump debug data about fonts after
unloading them.
 * Added sphere dae/pmd data for tests.
 * Added output buffering to DAE->PMD converter.
 * Added precompiled COLLADA converter DLLs.
 * Removed old redundant conversion script.
