Michael Natterer b8fb09d330 plug-ins, app: port file-gbr to GimpProcedureConfig ... and use the new feature of saving the last config in an image parasite. In app/file-data/fie-data-gbr.c, manually construct the same parasite when loading a brush, so its spacing and description are stored in the image.
