Jehan bfc301e2f9 plug-ins: help text for special values of kmax. ... Since libwebp 0.6, the keyframe max distance (kmax) has been changed, and in particular all special cases are now handled by kmax (it used to be weird cases of kmin and kmax intertwined with no logics, for instance kmax == 0 AND kmin > 0 would mean all frames are keyframes).
