	* app/Makefile.am: ignore paint-funcs-generic.h

	* app/app-docs.sgml
	* app/app-sections.txt: added all class typedefs, removed struct
	typedefs from the -types sections and removed all -types sections
	which were empty after that. Lots of updates.
