This means that you need intltool to compile The GIMP from CVS. Grab it from ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/intltool/ or out of gnomecvs module intltool. You shouldn't need it if you compile The GIMP from tarball. * data/misc/Makefile.am * data/misc/gimp.desktop.in.in: merge translations into the desktop file.
