	"visible" and "tattoo"...

	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/drawable.pdb: ...and added them as drawable APIs.

	* libgimp/gimpdrawable.[ch]: removed faked layer/channel
	polymorphisms, the functions are real drawable functions now.

	* libgimp/gimpcompat.h: added the old cruft here.
