Michael Natterer 8fa7bc3622 Bug 314379 - Allow stroking as outline (not with a paint tool) via the PDB ... Add new PDB procedures gimp-context-get/set-stroke-method and honor the new setting in gimp-edit-stroke and gimp-edit-stroke-vectors.
