Jehan 81c0c7a98b desktop: fix release notes. ... I realized that without a listing of changes, the "Release Notes" tab is missing from the Welcome dialog. I can change this in the code, but having just a single small sentence filling a big tab is not really nice either. So instead, let's add some more details even if these are not as major changes as on a minor point release. After all, these are still nice changes anyway.
