Bruno Lopes 2b06439488 build/linux: Change collapsible section ID to the more technical '*_submission' 
We already use '*_submission' on the MSIX script.

Submission is the first act, the one which we trigger on CI.
The publishing is done by the store (Flathub or Snap Store).
