When the active modifier mode is GIMP_TOOL_ACTIVE_MODIFIERS_SAME (the tool does not want to distinguish between modifier states depending on whether or not the first mouse button down), we need to make sure these states are in sync in GimpTool's bookkeeping, and we must not generate synthetic modifier releases when the mouse button is released.		2018-01-10 02:38:39 +01:00
