I still see some limitations in GimpGradient, and in particular, they are still
always stored as RGB in GGR files. It would be nice if we could store the actual
color format. This way, if someone chooses a gradient stop as Lab or CMYK color,
that's what the gradient file would keep track of. But also even storing the
space of a color (instead of storing/loading always in sRGB, even though this
may still work fine as we store unbounded double values). This might warrant for
a v2 of GGR file format.
This commit also fixes loading of SVG gradient which was apparently broken
regarding hexadecimal color parsing.
Finally I improve gegl_color_set_alpha() by adding an alpha channel when the
initial format had none.
The latter is broken and doesn't guarantee a decimal point with the
current bug. Also, g_ascii_dtostr() doesn't need the format parameter
and produces nicer output.
When an error occurs, we want to prevent overwriting any previous
version of the file by incomplete contents. So run
g_output_stream_close() with a cancelled GCancellable to do so.

- use G_FILE_CREATE_NONE instead of 0
- don't put "Could not open <file> for writing: <error>" around the
returned error, the returned message is already verbose
- don't include <gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixbuf.h> in headers in app/
- instead, include it in many .c files instead of <glib-object.h>,
finally acknowledging the fact that app/ depends on gdk-pixbuf almost
globally
- fix up includes as if libgimpbase depended in GIO, which it soon will
Begin to consider GimpObject::name as private and always use
gimp_object_get_name(). Change gimp_object_get_name() to take an
untyped pointer so we don't have to do so awfully many casts. There is
a runtime check for the type inside the function anyway.

Extended the GIMP Gradient file format to contain the endpoint
color types for each segment (this is backward compatible because
old parsers just ignore excess fields at the end of segment
lines). Fixes bug #128367.
* app/core/gimpgradient-load.c: optionally load two more fields
per segment line which contain the color types.
* app/core/gimpgradient-save.c: save the color types at the end of
the segment lines.
