Changed PDB_CHANNEL return type to PDB_INT32 for "is_floating_sel",

removed excess paramters in add-bevel, bovinated-logo, comic-logo,
gradient-bevel-logo, and pupi-button script fus (strangely they were
working fine even with excess parameters)
