Subject: [PATCH] gimp.doap: adding myself as maintainer in the doap file.

If not mistaken, this is used by GNOME's Gitlab to set maintainer role,
which is also needed to push release tags.

This has been discussed with mitch and schumaml on IRC and agreed upon
by everyone.
