Use UpdateMovementState to inform the visual actor of the unit's speed, which cill update the movement animation accordingly. The removes the need for UnitAI to handle movement animation using the special "move" state. Differential Revision: https://code.wildfiregames.com/D1901 This was SVN commit r22446.
