elexis 52f2bfae2b Add virtual base initialization missing in 2c47fbd66a.
Reported by Jenkins, but not gcc, clang, VS2015.
Take the opportunity following 2c47fbd66a to make the CGUI pointer held
by IGUIObject constant (the address, not the value).
